So we’ve made it to the end of the first week of 2017, well nearly, but it’s Friday and its nearly the weekend so it’s all good!
With the new year still in mind, I wanted to share with you some of the beauty resolutions I’ve made for myself in the hope that if I write them down I will stick to them!
These are purely resolutions that relate to beauty and my goals for the year in this department.
First of all I want to take care of my hair as it’s so susceptible to damage as I straighten it loads especially the front bits so I need to make sure I always use a decent heat protection spray and and give it a mask once a week. Now I have the Dyson Hairdryer (I got it for Christmas) I’m hoping this will help with caring for my hair when blow drying.
I need to stop buying so many eyeshadow palettes as I have a slight mega obsession and to be honest I don’t use them as often as I should as I don’t do it for work and don’t go out too often to justify having so many! I just can’t resist a new palette and I need to start limiting myself.
This year I plan to use up all my foundation before I buy any more as I have a draw full and a load of unused bottles so I my goal is to use them all up so then I can treat myself to a little spree to get nice new ones.
I should stop buying lipsticks in the same colour I already have cos, like how many nudes does a girl really need?! I mean it’s a bit of a stupid question cos’ we all know the answer to that, but there are so many that go unused as I have so many similar ones, so from now on I’m only buying new ones I don’t have!
I want to use up all my perfumes as I am a massive hoarder of perfumes I never use so I’m on a mission to use them all up and reduce my stash!
Take more baths as I have lots of LUSH bath products to use and they are super relaxing and do wonders after a stressful day and you can always use more me time.
