FourFit Fitness Tracker is a fitness band that helps you to monitor and achieve your fitness goals by tracking your movements. Fitness is a craze at this time of the year and the FourFit Band is an affordable fitness watch that can help you keep track of your fitness goals and help you to achieve them. I’ve been trailing a FourFit band for a few weeks now to see how it helped me.*
What is the Fourfit Fitness Tracker
The Fourfit Fitness Band is a slim fitness watch which has a touch screen. It can track your steps, mileage walked/ran as well as your heart rate beats per minute (BPM) and your sleep patterns.
Setting it up
To make full use of the watch, you need to download the app DayDay Band and connect the watch to the app. Set up is easy, you open the app and it scans for the device and it connects in seconds. You enter your personal information such as name, weight, height etc. to ensure the band readings are more accurate.
Using the Fourfit Fitness Tracker
The screen is black with light icy blue text. The screen is blank unless you press the touch screen button to reveal the time. To see the other measurements and functions, you press the button multiple times and scroll through until you get to the screen you want.
Functions of the Fourfit Fitness Tracker
Sleep and BPM are measured on the app only, you can’t see these on the watch, but you can see mileage and steps on the watch face. The watch also lets you see when you get incoming calls and text messages, however it doesn’t allow you to answer or reply to them. This is only really handy if your phone is on silent and/or you don’t have your phone on your person but it is still nearby.
The range of the band is decent, I would say it stays connected from room to room at home, but not upstairs to down. The battery life isn’t amazing and I find myself charging it every day which is a bit of pain. To charge, you simply pull off the right hand side of the strap closest to the button and insert into a USB port (so your charger plug or your laptop) and it charges within a couple of hours.
The slimline design means it isn’t bulky and it doesn’t get in the way. It fastens using two prongs that fit into two of the strap holes and it remains in place all day and doesn’t get loose. I even got Jay to wear it to football to test it and it stayed on his the whole game; he runs a lot and gets bashed about so that’s definitely a robust strap!
Achieve your fitness goals
One of the best things about the Fourfit Fitness Band is that it buzzes when you’ve been sat down for a certain amount of time. You can set this on the app to your desired time, so I set mine to an hour. It’s a reminder to get up and move about when you’ve been stationary for so long, which is especially good if you’re sat at a desk all day.
Step tracker on the Foutfit Fitness Tracker
The step tracker also helps to keep up with fitness goals as I set mine up to do 8000 steps a day. I work at a desk all day so if by lunch time I’m nowhere near my goal, I’ll make sure I go for a walk, even just round the block, to get myself towards my goal and keep moving.
Sleep tracker on the Fourfit Fitness Band
The sleep tracker is pretty decent, it tells you how many hours you slept for, how many of those hours were light sleep or deep sleep and how many times you woke up. I feel like the amount of times I wake up function is determined by whether I moved or got up when I woke up, because a couple of times it didn’t register when I woke up and just turned over and went back to sleep, only when I actually get up to go to the loo or something.
Buy the Fourfit Fitness Tracker

Overall opinion
The Fourfit Fitness Band is a good value alternative tracker to a more expensive option like a Fit Bit. It does the job and for what you pay, it does it well and makes me accountable to keep moving!
