The first favourites post of 2017! My gosh am I glad January is over! Christmas is over, your skint, it’s cold and everything is dreary. February beckons,bringing hope for blue skies and sunshine and a little warmer weather (pretty please!)
Nobody loves January but there have been a few products I’ve been loving that have made the worst month of the year a little more bearable.
So here’s what I’ve been loving during the first month of 2017.
First up I’ve been obsessed with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette. I did a full review and swatches here but I’ll give you a quick summary – warm buttery pigmented eye shadows. The colours are just beautiful I haven’t stopped reaching for it since I’ve had it in my possession.
The next thing I’ve been absolutely loving is LUSH Snow Fairy Shower Gel and Body Conditioner they smell divine and I can’t get enough of the sweet scent. I’m nicely stocked up on this for a while thanks to the lovely Angela from Beauty By The Bunny who kindly sent me some shower gel and i have a couple of body conditioners from Christmas. Whilst this is in the LUSH Christmas collection I will definitely be using it way beyond! This scent has definitely brightened up my January.
Another beaut product that has been perfect for this cold month is the Nuxe Reve de Miel Ultra Nourishing Lip Balm with Honey which is a lovely thick and moisturising lip balm. It smells amazing and feels so nourishing on the lips.
Lastly I’ve been really enjoying the Makeup Revolution Highlighter in Golden Lights. Such a cheap (£3) highlighter with serious glow power!
