Primark are absolutely killing it in the beauty game right now – they have so many affordable and high quality makeup and skincare products you really don’t need to spend a lot to get great beauty bits.
When they brought out their first highlighting palette, Bronze and Glow, I just had to get my hands on it and went into Primark over and over until I finally did.
The second one they released, Pure Glow, I managed to get in London as it was always sold out in my local and there is a good reason for it – they’re amazing!
I’m so glad I have these in my life, so keep reading to see why!
PRICE
Firstly, these are just super affordable for the quality you get – the Bronze and Glow was just £4 and the Pure Glow was £5, how cheap is that!
PACKAGING
The packaging is made out of cardboard so they’re super light, and lift up to reveal four huge circle pans encased in a shiny metallic.
The Pure Glow packaging is marble with rose gold metallic writing. Need I say more? Every bloggers absolute dream!
The Bronze and Glow has matte bronze background with white and gold writing. Simple yet effective design.
HIGHLIGHT
The Pure Glow palette has an ice white highlight called Desert, a gold highlight called Glimmer, a rosey pink called Eden and a bronze called Firefly. This has more subtle highlight but they are by no means lacklustre!
The Bronze and Glow contains a similar ice white called Sunbeam, a light baby pink called Siesta, a rose gold called Sundown and a dark bronze called Pool Party. This is definitely a summer glow in a palette!
APPLICATION
These highlights are super buttery and apply so easily. They are SO pigmented so a little goes a long way for some serious glow! Like your glow could be seen from space, its that lit.
LASTING POWER
Make no mistake these last ALLL day and you are still glowing by the time you come to remove your makeup!
SWATCHES
The bit you’ve all been waiting for – what the colours look like!
Pure Glow from top to bottom – Glimmer, Desert, Eden and Firefly.
Bronze and Glow from top to bottom – Siesta, Sunbeam, Sun Down, Pool Party.
So to sum up – these are amazing and if you can buy one, you should! They are seriously good value for money without skimping on quality and they have really impressed me! Go Primark!
