W7 Absolute Lashes Mascara Review – Dupe for Benefit They’re Real

W7 is a great budget cosmetics brand that seem to have a lot of items that rival those of the high end.

This mascara is meant to be a great dupe for the Benefit They’re Real mascara. The packaging and the brush are  almost identical.

I can’t comment on how well it works compared to the Benefit version as I’ve never bought it (nor would I spend that much on mascara!) and never had the sample version they sometimes give.

What I can do is comment on how good the W7 version is –

I love the packaging on this mascara its so gorgeous and has such a huge impact to say it’s a fairly simple design.

The brush is plastic and has bristles all the way to the end to catch the little lashes in the corners of the eyes. It separates the lashes nicely and adds volume after a couple of coats.

The only quarm I have with this product is the formula can come out onto the brush a little clumpy which sometimes translates onto the lashes but they disappear after a couple of times of combing through.

As you can see it lengthens and adds volume. It lasts all day without flaking and easily comes off with eye makeup remover at the end of the day albeit it comes off a little clumpy.

The price of this mascara is almost a tenth of the price of Benefit they’re real as you can get it for £2.95 on eBay. Why would you spend £20 on a mascara when you can get almost identical one for a fraction of the price?

You wouldn’t get a mascara in a drug store with this good of a brush and this quality and good looking packaging for that price.

Has anyone else tried this mascara? What did they think? Let me know in the comments!
