There’s a lot of mixed opinion on these kind of posts, but personally I love them and if you don’t like them, well, don’t read them!
Santa was very good to me beauty wise and I got the Jouer Best of Nudes Lip Creme Collection which has so many gorgeous colours to choose from and I cannot wait to have a play! I’ve wanted to try Jouer for ages and this is a great way to get into them.
Another lip set was the Huda Beauty Lip Tins in Bombshell and Ritzy which comes with a Lip Contour Pencil, Matte Liquid Lip and a Lip Strobe Gloss in a tin shaped like very realistic lips!
Still on the lipstick front I got one of the beautiful Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution in English Beauty. You can’t beat the luxe rose gold tube and the beautiful bullet of a Tilbury lipstick.
From MAC I got a mini pigment in Vanilla and a mini Fix+ Spray. I’ve been wanting to try both of these for so long and I can’t wait to put them to the test! I also got two Argan Mud Face Masks from 7th Heaven which I am really going to need to help detox my skin after the festive feasting I’ve been doing! Another set I got was the Benefit Primpin with the Stars which contains some lovely miniatures of some classic Benefit products.
The Origins Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream is one that I tried when I had a beautiful Origins facial at House of Fraser (read about it here) and I’ve since been using a sample and damn it’s a good eye cream so I’m so happy to get a full size one. I swear it’s magic in a bottle – the pearlescent formula really works wonders on those dark circles.
Lifestyle wise I received a lovely amount of Lush products – I got the Deck the Halls set from Jay which only contains the frickin’ Comforter Shower Creme!! This has been discontinued but he was informed that as well as the Christmas set, there is also an all year round set which has it in and I could not be happier at this fact!! It also has the Plum Snow Bubble Bar and Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb.
I got the Lush Dreamscape set from Jay’s brother which has soo much stuff in – Rocket Science Bath Bomb, Dreamtime Bath Oil, Twilight Bath Bomb and Snow Fairy Naked Shower Gel all in a beautiful knot wrap. Jay’s other brother also got me Snow Fairy Jelly Bomb, Shoot for the Stars Bath Bomb and Star Light Star Bright Bath Melt. My bestie also got me the Candy Mountain Bubble Bar! So I’m certainly stocked up on Lush for a while!
My bestie also got me the Chip Trinket Tray from Primark and he sure is a cutie! Also from Jay I got the Pandora Mrs Potts and Chip Charm and it is adorable! Sensing a theme here!
Also from Santa I got the Vanille Diptyque Candle which I am super excited to burn! I also got some lovely pyjama sets from Marks and Spencer along with the softest teddy bear dressing gown ever which I didn’t photo cos they’re so hard to photograph!
Jay’s Mum got me some lovely clothes from New Look including a jacket, jumper, scarf and gilet! Again I didn’t photograph these as they’re so hard to capture! Any tips would be fab!
I think that’s it for my Christmas haul! I love all the bits I got and can’t wait to use everything!
