So as I didn’t post an empties last month due to moving house and being super busy, I have accumulated quite a few empties to post about (and yes, I did move the empty products to my new house with me just to post about them, much to my boyfriends confusion! Commitment right?!)
So instead of boring you with detail I’m going to do a quick fire review of each product to get straight to the point and (hopefully) stop my usual waffle!
There are way more than this, thy wouldn’t all fit in my basket!
BATH
Imperial Leather Sherbet Lemon Shower Cream
I picked this up when it was on offer for a bargain £1 and it really does smell just like the sherbet lemon sweeties. A nice uplifting morning shower gel!

LUSH Prince Charming Shower Cream
I was SO sad when this finished as it’s a valentines collection limited edition so I have to wait until next year to see if they will bring it back! It’s a of mix pomegranate juice, grapefruit oil, marshmallow root and Fair Trade vanilla pod infusion and it smells AMAZING!
I am in love with this so much so I think it’s overtaken Snow Fairy as my favourite fragrance and that is a big shout! LUSH if you happen to read this PLEASE bring it back for Valentines 2017!
Repurchase? Definitely!
St Tropez Gradual In Shower Tan
I had this left over from last year and used the rest of it this month whilst desperate for a tan this summer! You have to apply in the shower whilst wet and wait for 3 minutes until rinsing. This doesn’t seem like a long time but when you’re stood in the shower with nothing to do its a very long 3 minutes!
It’s a non-streaky tan and it means you don’t have to wait for cream to dry and doesn’t smell as strong as some fake tans but it gives subtle colour so you would need to use it everyday.
Repurchase? Probably.
HAIR AND BODY
I had one lone item from each category so thought I would stick them both together.
Garnier Ultimate Blends Delicate Soothe Heat Protection Milk
Not sure I feel this really did a great job it soaked the hair with one spray more than others and took a while to dry but it didn’t dry crispy which is a good trait in a heat defence spray.
Repurchase? No
Soap and Glory Butter Yourself Moisture Lotion
Another fab moisturiser from S + G with yet another gorgeous scent.
Repurchase? Yes
SKINCARE
This may take a while…
Rodial Bee Venom Cleansing Balm
This is a warm cleaning balm that removes makeup really well leaving skin feeling clean. This was in a Love Me Beauty order so for the full price it’s a tad on the pricey side.
Repurchase? No due to price
Neutrogena Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash
I usually use the cream wash version of this which I prefer but I love this range as it’s so refreshing and leaves skin feeling nice and clean.
Repurchase? Yes
Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Serum
This reduces the size of pores and fine lines. I used this for a while and didn’t think it made a difference so stopped, but noticed a difference in how my pores went back to their original state before I used it. So I’ve been using it ever since and even though it hasn’t made a dramatic difference the difference it has made is enough to keep me using it.
Repurchase? Yes
La Roche Possay Micellar Water
I was lucky enough to get this in a Boots clearance as they either stopped selling that line at that Boots or they changed the packaging I’m not sure. Usually its about £12. It has a lovely subtle sweet scent to it but without being overpowering or harsh on sensitive skin. I really enjoyed using this my skin felt lovely after each cleanse.
Repurchase? Probably if I wanted to treat myself!
Body Shop Oils of Life Facial Oil
This was a little sample from the Body Shop which was new at the time. I used it everyday and it lasted me a really long time, probably over 1 month for such a small bottle. A little goes a long way and it has a pleasant scent and it absorbs quite quickly on the skin.
Repurchase? Maybe
Clinique Naturally Gentle Eye Makeup Remover
I wouldn’t normally spend this much on an eye makeup remover but my Mum gave me this and I did really like it. It is really gentle on the eyes which is hard to come by as I have really sensitive eyes and a lot of removers are too harsh for me.
The creamy texture is refreshing and pleasant to use as well. I wish I could afford this all the time! It is also the same size and shape as my foot cream and when I had no contacts in removing my makeup I might have accidentally reached for the wrong one which was not fun….
Repurchase? If I could afford it
Garnier Express 2 in 1 Eye Makeup Remover
This was horrible and really stung my eyes but I was determined to get my money’s worth so I just used it to correct mascara mistakes as that way it didn’t touch my eyes. I was really surprised as Garnier are usually great for skincare. Don’t get this if you have sensitive eyes!
Repurchase? Definitely not!
Kiehls Midnight Recovery Facial Oil
This was another sample size for night time use. It doesn’t really have a scent and it isn’t too heavy although it takes a while to soak into the skin. It is nice and hydrating though.
Repurchase? Probably not.
LUSH Lip Scrub Bubblegum
A staple product in my routine you cannot go wrong with a LUSH lip scrub. They last ages and taste and smell amazing and are apparently also edible!
Repurchase? Always!
MAKEUP
Makeup Revolution Ultra Sculpt and Contour Kit
It took me a long time after endlessly scraping round the pans to get the last dregs of powder to admit that this was finished. This is a great everyday contour with a subtle shimmer. The contour powder went first, then the blush and there is loads of highlighter left. It’s also a bargain £3 and such good quality!
Repurchase? Definitely
Revlon Photoready 3D Volume Mascara
This has a brush very similar to the Benefit They’re Real so makes a great dupe but unfortunately they don’t sell this anymore as they had a huge overhaul of their mascaras so I am so gutted as this was amazing!
Repurchase? If I could I would!
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
Another mascara dubbed a dupe for Benefit They’re Real and it is very good but the brush is not the same or similar. It is a fab mascara and you can do so much with just this one.
Repurchase? Yes
Phew that was hard work! If you are still with me I salute you!
Thank you so much for reading!

I’m not throwing out any empty containers before the new year. I want to see physically how many products I used up with a year. So no, I’m not surprised at all that you took empties into your new place just to write about them 😂😎

Omg the space issue… you don’t have to tell me twice! It’s only September and it’s already a challenge to find a place to store the empty jars and bottles! 🙈😂

Hope you’ve settled into your new home. I love how you keep your empties. Like Adryana has decided I think I may keep my empties for a year and see how much I use.
