Lockdown has meant everyone is spending the majority of their time in their own home, only setting eyes on any other human beings when going shopping for food or going on a daily walk. I don’t know about you, but I’ve not worn makeup in weeks, because whats the point? Which has meant I’ve wanted my skin to look decent as I’m not covering it in foundation. There have been a few products that I’ve been using more than ever before, which has made me quite like/tolerate my constant no makeup look – my no makeup beauty heroes.

Pixi Glow Tonic
This is working wonders to keep my skin glowing and fresh looking whilst wearing no makeup. Using it at night time is really helping my skin to look healthier and clearer the next day. Always remember to use SPF with this as it contains an acid which means your skin needs the extra protection. You can get the small version here* and the larger version here*.

Too Faced Hangover Good To Go Moisturiser
This is a lovely glowy moisturiser which makes even my oily skin look nice and fresh without being greasy. It contains SPF 25 which makes it the perfect skincare option for your daily outdoor exercise, as you’re still protecting your skin from the suns rays. A bonus is this moisturiser smells amazing like coconuts (but it also makes you crave a holiday which we aren’t allowed during at the moment!) This is the only moisturiser I’ve tried that makes me look glowy and I highly recommend it! I’ve reviewed this in full here if you want to read my full thoughts. You can purchase it here.*

Origins Ginzing Eye Cream
This is my favourite eye cream and I’ve re-purchased this three times now. It contains natural optic brighteners that refresh the skin to reduce signs of fatigue and leaves the under eye area looking brighter, which is the perfect formula for a no-makeup look as it brightens dark circles under the eyes so you can get away without concealer. Get it here* or here*.

Glossier Balm dot Com
I’ve had a couple of Glossier Balm dot Com lip balms on the go for a while, but I’ve been using them more now than ever. I’ve used them so much so I’ve had to place a new order which arrived just in time! They are the perfect moisturising lip balm for no makeup days – the consistency is just right so it’s not too runny and not too thick and it’s not at all sticky, and there are so many lovely scents to choose from. I love the Coconut scented balm which is clear, and the Birthday Cake balm which tastes amazing and has a bit of subtle sparkle in it too. Shop it here*. Glossier Boy Brow
I’ve said this is a post about my no makeup beauty heroes, but I’ve cheated a little bit with this one. This is the only makeup product I’ve been using to quickly shape and set my brows, just to give them a little bit of colour and depth. I feel very naked without a slick of Boy Brow! I’ve been using Boy Brow for a very long time and I’m on about my 5th tube now – I highly recommend it! It’s also great to go on top of brow pencil on a normal makeup day.
