Spring is my favourite season for a makeup shakeup. The welcome sight of blue skies and sunshine brings with it an urge to get out pastel shades and lighter textures. My go to shades for when Spring rolls around are pinks and peaches and I think it’s one of my favourite seasons for beauty.
I immediately go to my Too Faced Sweet Peach palette as soon as there is any peak of Spring sunshine. The peach shades and the sweet peach scent is Spring in a palette. Just Peachy and Candied Peach are my favourite shades – a shimmer shade and a matte shade with pink glitter flecks.
On my face I’m loving glowy products at the moment, and The Glow-y Cheek Powder by Pixi + Aspynovard in Rome Rose fits the bill perfectly. It’s a beautiful rose pink with rose gold glitter reflects and I love it.
Since the weather has been warmer, I’m really here for glossy lips and lipgloss has been my go to lip product of late. They’re no fuss and easy to apply on the go and feel super comfortable to wear. My favourites have been Too Faced Sweet Peach Lip Oil in Pure Peach and ColourPop x Kathleen Lights Ultra Glossy Lip in Moonchild.
My go to nail colours are always pastels in Spring, and my favourite nail varnish brand, CND World, have bought out new Spring colours* in their Weekly Polish range and I couldn’t be happier about it.
