Benefit are one of the most popular brands in the beauty world and there’s not a lot they can’t do. Their products make it to holy grail status and for good reason. When they asked me if I wanted to try a range of minis of their most loved products I was excited to say the least, so I’ve reviewed a selection of some of the best that Benefit have to offer*.
Benefit Hoola Quickie Contour Stick
The Hoola Bronzer takes the holy grail title in the bronzer category for a LOT of people, me included. So bringing out the Quickie Contour Stick was a genius idea. Not to mention the gold and Hawaiian style packaging is gorgeous!
It’s a cream to powder contour stick with a dome shaped tip that gives a soft matte contour, making it even quicker and easier to get that sculpted look. It creates such a subtle carve it’s fab for every day. The large size costs £24.00 to buy and you can get it here.*
Benefit Posie Balm
Posie Balm is a tinted lip balm that conditions and hydrates lips using ingredients which include mango butter and sodium hyaluronate (an ingredient which allows the skin to hold on to moisture) and has a poppy pink tint. The blush pink shiny tube adorned with pink flowers is right up my street and looks so pretty on the dressing table.
I am living for lip balms at the moment and Posie Balm is a gorgeous combination of lip balm and colour – it keeps my lips so soft and hydrated. You can get the full size here* for £15.50.
Benefit Boi-ing Concealer
This is the newest concealer product by Benefit that is meant to have mega coverage as it’s described as industrial strength – it covers everything from dark circles to blemishes and discolouration.
It has a cream formula and a matte finish and comes in six different shades. Applied with a finger it blends out seamlessly, but does have a tendency to stick to dry patches so avoid if you have super dry skin. The coverage it provides is insane – it lives up to it’s claims! This is £17.50 to buy here*.
Benefit Air Patrol Eye Primer
A contender for best eye primer on the market is Air Patrol. It’s not just a primer – it’s a BB cream and not only does it stop eye makeup from smudging or creasing, it also provides SPF and pollutant protection and relieves any dryness. It has a soft and silky silicone texture and feel and applies really well to the lids. This is £24.00 for a 4ml bottle here*.
Benefit Precisely, My Brow Pencil
If there’s one thing that Benefit slay, it’s brows. Their brow game is strong and this is no exception. It’s an ultra fine pencil which provide hair like strokes that stay put. The brush twists up so no need to sharpen and has a built in spoolie on the other end. There are eight different shades in the range which is a brilliant selection.
I also use the Goof Proof brow pencil, but this is my favourite every day fuss free brow product that I can slick on before work and I know it will last me all day for natural looking, feather like brows. The one to go for if you prefer natural. It costs £20.50 to buy here*.
Benefit as a brand cater for a lot of needs and their products are quality with the added bonus of pretty and quirky packaging and design. They often have great deals on their website when you buy directly through them so be sure to take advantage when you’re browsing! What are your favourite Benefit products? Mine has to be the brow range!
