Well December has been a fab month full of festivities, food, drink, fun, friends, family, pretty lights, presents! So I am sad it’s all over now as I love the build up to Christmas! I’ve also had a lovely week off work so it’s back to reality and dreary old January all too soon!
Nevertheless for the last time this year lets take a look at my faves for December-
Lush Santas lip scrub
I got this from my boyfriend in Day 1 of our personalised advent calendar so I could use it everyday in the run up to Christmas. Lip scrub really is a saviour for winter and a must for the perfect pout so I love this festive one from Lush! It smells like cola Β (although is it just me that thinks it should smell like apple or cinnamon or both?!) and it’s a very festive red!
Estee Lauder Modern Muse Le Rouge
I love this perfume it’s a gorgeous wintery scent and it is the most long lasting perfume I have ever used! It’s a much nicer version of the popular Modern Muse and I think this version is very much for the younger generation both in terms of scent and also the advertising campaign by Kendall Jenner! The red packaging also makes it seem rather fitting for the festive season!
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Highlighter in Champagne Pop
A gorgeous golden shimmery glow perfect for the festive season I’ve been wearing it all December long to parties and meals and nights out! See my full post and where to buy in the UK here.
Revlon Matte Balm in Fierce Redoutable
I recently discovered these matte balms from Revlon and bought a few dark wintery colours and this one is by far my fave. It’s a great mix between a dark red Β and brown. It’s the perfect winter colour, goes with every outfit and is perfect for both day and night. It lasts ages too and doesn’t require much re-application after eating!
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
I’ve heard loads of good reviews about this mascara and finally jumped on the bandwagon and tried it myself! It does deserve all it’s good reviews as it really separates the lashes out better than any mascara I’ve tried so far.
Dream a Little Christmas Dream by Giovanna Fletcher
My fave author at the moment and this short story follows on from Dream a Little Dream I reviewed here. It’s super cute and festive and well worth the read especially for 99p in the Kindle Store!
What were your favourites this December? Have you tried any of these? Let me know below?
Thanks for reading!
