Summer is finally here (well I say finally here, we’ve had a few days of beaut sunshine and extreme warm weather so far) so it’s only fitting I carry on my summer makeup menu posts with my favourite lip colours for the sunny season.
I love bold oranges, peaches and bright pinks for summer so here are my top 6 picks for summer lips.

Bourjous Colour Boost Glossy Finish Stick in Peach on the Beach
This is a a glossy lip crayon in a gorgeous peachy orange. It has the added bonus of SPF 15 in it so it’s the perfect colour for day time wear! It looks nice without makeup on either so perfect for a bare faced day on the beach.
Bourjous Rouge Edition Velvet So Happink
You guys know how much I love these little wonders from Bourjois so it should come as no surprise that this nice bright pink has made it into my summer lip choices. It’s the perfect subtle bright for a summers day with a long lasting matte finish.
Revlon Colour Burst Matte Balm in Mischevious
A beautiful bright orange that is great for bright days. I love a burst of orange in the summer and this matte crayon glides on perfectly and it’s super pigmented.
Seventeen Stay Pout in Man Hunt
Another bright orange but this one has slight gold undertones with a more sheer finish with a hint of shimmer! A great choice for summer nights out.
No7 Love Lips Lip Balm in Parisian Pink
This is a sheer pink perfect for day time! This balm keeps lips soft whilst adding a subtle sheen of colour.
Revlon Colour HD Matte Lip Colour in Flirt
Of course another liquid lipstick made it into my list! This time a pigmented peach colour that is super bright and long lasting and I love it for the day time or casual summer evenings. Super easy to apply and it has a sweet scent which is a pleasant welcome for a liquid lipstick!

Love all of these on you! I especially love the Bourjous in Peach on the Beach. I’ll have to see if they carry this here. We have Bourjois but not the full line. My second favourite is the Seventeen one, but we don’t have that brand here at all!

The Revlon Matte lip has become close to a holy grail for me. I have it in a slightly different shade, but it stays put-even after my morning latte! Have to buy all the colors now 🙂 The No7 lip color looks absolutely lovely though!
