If you follow me on social media you will know that I’ve had a bit of a love hate relationship with ColourPop lately!
I made a number of orders and had a problem with each one, but eventually I got all my products and boy I was not disappointed.
As usual with ColourPop, they kill the game with their releases and succeed in making me want each and every one of them.
I’ve amalgamated all of my orders into a haul post as I really wanted to show you the exciting things I got!
First up, the palettes. These are seriously cheap for what you get without any skimp on quality and every time they release a new one I want it.
The most nostalgic collab ever is the My Little Pony collection. Any 90s girl would kill for this collab and it didn’t disappoint.
From the packaging to the shades, the rainbow colours are incredible with mattes and plenty of shimmers to create colourful eye looks. This is a little out of my comfort zone but I couldn’t resist it and I can’t wait to have a play about!
From one colourful palette to another, Element of Surprise has some very wearable warm tones with a pop of bright in the middle.
How they keep on coming up with the names of these palettes I do not know, but You Had Me At Hello did just that. This is the first CP palette with a mirror in the lid and costs $2 more at $18.
Last but not least, I Think I Love You has been on my radar for a while so I’m so happy to finally get my hands on it. It’s every bronze and gold lovers dream and the perfect winter palette. I am in love with the foil rose gold packaging!
Sticking with eye shadows, another release I couldn’t wait to get my hands on was the Supernova Liquid Eye Shadows especially as they were only $7 each.
CP’s answer to the Stila Magnificent Metals, these generously sized tubes contain the prettiest metallic liquid eyeshadows. I got all 5 shades and I am beyond looking forward to trying them out! A purple, red, burgundy, gold and bronze the shade range is fab to say how new they are.
Another huge release that was totally new to CP was the brow collection, including two different pencils, colour pomade and a gel. I got each of them in blonde except the gel which is only clear and at around $5 I’m intrigued to see how well they perform.
Their No Filter Concealer was a controversial release for CP as they had never done base products before, but their first release of this saw a huge range of shades available which is a great start. These are only $7 and have a large doe foot applicator. I’ve heard mixed reviews so I will have to see how they are on me.
One thing I haven’t tried from CP before, was their Super Shock Cheek Highlight. I love their pressed highlights so can’t wait to see how their buttery formula differs. I got an OG shade Smoke N Whistles and a brand new Off Tropic.
Lastly I picked up this gorgeous set of 3 liquid lips – one matte finish, one satin and one gloss from the ILuvSarah Collab and they come in 3 gorgeous shades. Instead of the usual silver, the lid is mirrored gold and the boxes are a nude colour with geometric gold foil designs.
Also look how frickin cute all the little cards are that come through with each order –
So lots of new goodies to try and I plan on reviewing the brow collection and the no filter concealers as well as the supernova shadows at a later date when I’ve had a good play!
Have you tried any of these from ColourPop? Let me know in the comments below!
